Creates, organizes and implements as a group, and in conjunction with other Ministry Teams, activities for the whole Church Family and Community; a great group for people who love to entertain and who are enriched by extending hospitality; Meets the 2nd Thursday evening of each month.
Sunday Coffee Hour
An important fellowship and friendship building ministry; to prepare, serve and clean-up beverages and treats for the congregation on a Sunday morning (8:30-11:00 am).
Annual Ice Cream Social
Help plan, set-up, serve and clean up one Wednesday evening in June; to help plan and organize games for all ages.
The Gathering Meal
Help plan, set up, or assist with food preparation and clean up of dinner; normally on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
The Gathering Service & Music
Help plan and/or participate in worship (choose and lead: music, message or children’s story) normally on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
Advent Lunches
Help plan, set-up, serve box luncheons and clean up the Wednesday lunches during the Advent season.
Lenten Luncheons
Help plan, set-up, serve and clean up the Wednesday lunches during the Lenten season.
Meet, Eat & Greet Luncheon
Help plan, set-up and clean up for these occasional Sunday noon meals.
